examples and ideas taken from an exhibition in Waikato University by Jasmine Middlebrook.
step 5
Don't forget to make your images 'figurative' not 'litearl' - use symbols and pictures to tell the story
step 6
choose which style of picture you will create/combine

step 6
See how your image is progressing as a whole
I've not been able to include everything that I wanted to put in but the blending of some of these images and ideas is starting to come together. I have obvious gaps and big areas to fill but overall it feels like it is starting to come together. Using a green glow around the edge of some of the images seems to make it blend in well and I need to find a way to blend some of the straight lines. Next week, I will look at the gaps and try to find some words or inspirational quotes that are important to me so that I can complete my image. Lots to do still but I'm enjoying working on it.
